Ganymede

GANYMEDE! Our solar system’s largest moon. It’s larger than two of our planets (err, one former planet *sighs*).
It’s the only moon with its own personal magnetic field, meaning it causes aurorae (bucket list goals: see aurorae on Ganymede?). And just like Europa, suspicions of an underground ocean are present which means: the possibility of life- tiny green men? I mean, most likely no? Its ice-rock terrain is laced with intricate light + dark patterns reaching all over the grooves of the surface. Talk about a painter’s dream. I don’t know about you, but I’m counting down the days until the launch of the James Webb telescope to reveal even more of our Creator’s cosmos. Until then, Ganymede.
